What is a Couture Tour?
2023 Couture Tours are different than ever before! We’ll be gathering in beautiful venues—with equally amazing Chalk Couture™ product displays—to celebrate and make magic together. You’ll even have a chance to use new, unreleased Chalk Transfer® designs from upcoming collections on a surface of your choice, which we ask you to bring to the event.
It is anticipated that seats will sell out quickly, as registration for each Couture Tour event is limited. Be sure to register early for you and your guests! When an event is sold out, we encourage interested Designers to join the waitlist to take advantage of seats if and when they become available.
How often are Couture Tours?
Chalk Couture generally holds Couture Tours every Spring and Fall––with bonus dates added for this Summer! We choose times and locations based on growth in an area, current Designer counts, recency of our last tour visit, and proximity to Designers.

How long will each event last?
7 to 9 pm. You may pick up registration materials and check in your Art Contest entries starting at 6:30 pm (local time).
What is the registration fee and what does that include?
Couture Tour event tickets are $59 USD each and include registration materials (lanyard with branded name badge), access to our recognition ribbon buffet, a Chalk Couture Apron, a seasonal Transfer, snacks, and shared access to all provided Chalk Couture products—including select Transfers, Chalkology® Paste or Ink, tools, and accessories.
What would I need to bring?
Your imagination! And a surface or two—or three! Rather than providing a “standard” project that everyone completes and looks the same, 2023 Couture Tours offers a choose-your-own-adventure creative segment. We’ll provide access to all of our paste, ink, tools, and a wide variety of Transfers (current, retired, and even upcoming releases!), and you provide the surface(s). You can work with textiles, glass, notebooks, chalkboards, or whatever you heart desires.
Attendees will share supplies and have over an hour to create—so plan to make multiple projects, Team projects, or matching tees! Bring your surfaces, non-Chalk accessories, glues, and glitters. We can’t wait to see what you create!
Is there any exclusive swag to purchase?
Yes. There will be a T-shirt available to purchase with your registration for $20, and you may pick it up at the event. Sizes S–3XL will be available. No additional sales at the event.
Will there be a fee to park at the event venue?
Typically no. Depending on the location, parking fees may be additional.
What is the Art Contest and how do we enter it?
Each event will hold an Art Contest with exciting prizes for the top five winners. Bring a favorite piece of Chalk Couture artwork to display in our contest gallery and encourage your guests to do the same! Entries should be an original creation, use Chalk Couture Transfer(s), and either Chalkology Paste or Ink. Chalk Couture surfaces are preferred, but “found” surfaces such as apparel, ceramics, linens, glass, and wood are acceptable.
Is there a risk that the events will sell out?
Yes. All Couture Tour events have limited seating capacity and will likely sell out. Register early to secure your spot!
Can I get on a waitlist?
Yes. If your city’s tour is full, join the waitlist. Our Events Team monitors the waitlist and offers registration on a first-come, first-served basis. If you register and later find you are unable to attend the Couture Tour event, we ask you to work directly with our Events Team to arrange a refund (deadlines and fees apply). Transferring your registration to another Designer on your own is not allowed.
Can I bring a guest?
Yes. Please bring guests! The registration fee for guests is $59 USD, the same low price as your own ticket. Guests will register using the same website Designers do. Make sure to share the link with your local friends and Club Couture™ subscribers.
Guest attendees can enjoy all the benefits of the event, like entering the Art Contest, creating with Chalk Couture products, and participating in giveaways.
Can I bring more than one guest?
Yes.
How can I register?
Registration for Fall 2023 Couture Tour events opens at 9 am MT on August 31, and closes on September 18, at 11:59 pm MT, or when sold out.

Can I or my guest(s) cancel if we are unable to attend? Will we receive a refund?
Yes, you may cancel. To be refunded, you must contact events@chalkcouture.com 5 days prior to the event. After that date, you will not be refunded. Refunds will be processed with a $29 USD processing fee (registration fee of $59 USD minus the processing fee of $29 USD equals a $30 USD refund).
I've registered but can't attend. Can I sell my spot to another Designer?
No. Chalk Central manages all registrations and Designer information. If you need to cancel, please follow the process outlined above.
If you are a Designer looking to buy a seat for a sold-out event, do not buy one directly from another Designer, as you will not be on the official registration list nor will we have materials for you. If you wish to attend a sold-out event, please join the official waitlist. We will work through the waitlist in the order Designers are added.
Can I attend more than one session of Couture Tours?
Yes.
What communications can I expect to receive prior to the event?
After registering for an event, you will receive a confirmation email with ticket details. A follow-up email will be sent once registration has closed with anything you’ll need to know to have a successful Couture Tour experience.
