Peanuts™ Designer Marketing Guidelines

Chalk Central marketing content (emails, photography, social posts, hashtag usage, website content, etc.) is pre-approved by Peanuts for use by the company only. Designers may share corporate posts, but may not duplicate corporate content and present it as your own. Approved marketing assets for Designer use are provided in the Resources Library (no alterations can be made). Designers are allowed to post photos and videos of finished projects they have made.

Designers MAY NOT tag Peanuts (@snoopygrams, @snoopyinfashion, etc.) or include references to Peanuts, Peanuts characters, comics, television series, etc. in any of their own social posts, videos, comments, hashtags, or otherwise.

Per Chalk Couture’s license agreement, Designers cannot include the below in their social posts and must remain respectful to the integrity of the Peanuts brand. 

• Personal hygiene products (including toilet paper and feminine hygiene products) 

• Alcoholic beverages of any kind 

• Gambling 

• Prescription pharmaceuticals and illegal drugs 

• Promotion or use of vitamins or supplements

• Smoking, cigarettes, vaping, tobacco, and cannabis products and accessories (including smoking pipes, vaping devices, and electronic cigarettes) 

• Profanity 

• Pornographic images, text (including captions) and nudity 

• Medical advice 

• Violence of any kind, bullying, weapons 

• Religious, spiritual (for example tarot cards, astrology, etc.), or political statements 

• Competitor IP and brands, such as Disney, Universal, Warner Bros., Sanrio, Nickelodeon, etc.

Blanket promotions from Chalk Couture will not include collaboration products like Peanuts, Tiffani Thiessen, etc. Designers are required to sell Peanuts products at full retail value ONLY. They may not be included in Designer personal promotions even in closed groups.
