Mastering social media is important for long-term success, but keeping up with all the available features and platforms can be overwhelming. Search the Designer Studio Facebook Group for “#MediaMavens”, and you’ll find lots of help on social media basics.
Offering special promotions and incentives like occasional discounts and freebies are an ideal way to build customer loyalty and interest. For ideas on successful promotions, reach out to your Sponsor or the Designer Studio Facebook Group. Read more about the dos and don’ts of personal promotions in Section 5 of Policies and Procedures.
SOMETHING TO DO
If you haven’t already, get started on your Facebook Business Page and set up your VIP Group. Also, take a few minutes to go back into your Designer Office, upload a photo of yourself, and input all of your social media links. While you are there, fill out the “About Me” section, too!
