What is Leadership?
Leadership is hands-on, get-to-work event focused on fun, insight, collaboration, and strategies for success. The event is chalk full of opportunity, inspiration, information, and celebration. Take advantage of this event to empower yourself and fuel new momentum for the spring selling season—all from the comfort of home. 

Who can attend Leadership?
Mentors+ are invited to attend exclusive sessions via Zoom on Friday, January 24. All Designers may join business classes offered on Saturday, January 25, in the Designer HQ Facebook group.
A Designer must reach the title of Mentor or higher at least once between July and December 2024 in order to attend Zoom activities on Friday, January 24. Any Designer who is registered but does not maintain a qualifying title prior to the event is permitted and encouraged to attend.

What if I qualify to attend after registration has closed?
Designers who reach the title of Mentor in November or December following the end of registration may reach out to Designer Services to inquire if it may be possible to register. 

What are the dates for the Leadership event?
Leadership 2025 will be held virtually, Friday and Saturday, January 24-25, 2025. See the event registration website for specific information on class offerings, session times, etc.

  • Friday, January 24: Spring 2025 Product Preview, Leadership Working Sessions & Keynote Workshop (Mentors+, by invitation only) 
  • Saturday, January 25: Spring 2025 Collection Inside Scoop & Think Bigger Business Classes

What is the cost to attend Leadership?
Registration for the virtual event is $49 and includes streaming access to Friday’s exclusive sessions for Mentors+, all Saturday sessions, access to the event replay, the opportunity to pre-order Spring 2025 products, and the Think Bigger Box of exclusive Leadership registration materials. 

What’s in the Think Bigger Box?
The Think Bigger Box includes a Leadership ‘25 branded name badge and lanyard, 2 exclusive Leadership Transfers, an event tote, the Leadership Create & Take project, $5 off Chalk swag, recognition ribbons, and free shipping. (That’s a $65+ retail value, plus access to exclusive training and corporate updates!) Registration materials are included with Leadership registration and will be shipped prior to the event. The Think Bigger Box cannot be purchased separately.

When does Leadership registration open?
Registration will open on Friday, November 1, at 9 am MT, and closes on November 15, 2024, at 11:59 pm MT. 

When will Leadership attendees have access to order Spring 2025 products?
Designers who qualify to attend the exclusive Leadership activities on Friday, January 24, and register for the event will have the opportunity to pre-order the Spring 2025 Collection at noon MT on Friday, January 24-31. The Spring line will launch for all retail customers on Thursday, February 6.   

Will Leadership attendees have the opportunity to purchase Chalk Couture swag items?
Yes! In honor of Leadership we’ve designed an exclusive Chalk Chubby tee that will be available for purchase in Designer Office for a limited-time, while supplies last. Designers who register for Leadership will receive a coupon for $5 off their purchase. Watch the Weekly Designer Update email for order details coming soon.

What if I register but am unable to attend?
Leadership registration is non-refundable.
