The Next Level 2026 Annual Incentive Program is designed to celebrate Designers who build on their own success. By growing your Personal Volume (PV) and/or Level 1 Volume during the earning period, you can earn a cash bonus equal to 20% of your incremental growth.
The best part? You're not competing against other Designers. You're simply challenging yourself to reach your next level.
And there's no cap on bonus earnings—the more you grow, the more you earn.

Earning Period
June 1–December 31, 2026
Quick Summary
The Next Level 2026 Annual Incentive Program rewards Designers who grow their business year over year.
Eligible Designers who:
- Have an enrollment date before January 1, 2026,
- Achieve at least 700PV during the earning period,
- Increase their combined Personal Volume (PV) and/or Level 1 Volume by at least 20% compared to the same period in 2025, and
- Remain active through the payout date,
will earn a cash bonus equal to 20% of their incremental growth.
There is no maximum bonus! Once you've reached the qualification requirements, every additional dollar of qualifying growth increases your earnings.
What is Next Level 2026?
Next Level 2026 is Chalk Couture's Annual Incentive Program designed to reward year-over-year business growth.
Every participating Designer will receive a personalized 20% growth goal based on their June–December 2025 business achievements. Reach that goal, and you'll earn a cash bonus equal to 20% of your incremental growth.
The more you grow, the more you earn—and there is no cap on bonus earnings.
What is my Next Level goal based on?
Your personalized Next Level goal is based on your combined Personal Volume (PV) plus Level 1 Volume* earned during June 1–December 31, 2025.
Each qualifying Designer will receive an individual email inviting them to participate.
*Level 1 Volume is the combined Personal Volume (PV) generated by all the Designers on your first level. This includes those who were personally sponsored and those who were rolled up to your level 1 due to compression.
Note: Designers who did not have PV or Level 1 volume June 1–December 31, 2025, are not eligible for this promotion.
How is my bonus calculated?
If you achieve at least 20% growth over your 2025 Next Level baseline, you'll earn a cash bonus equal to 20% of your incremental growth.
For example:
During June–December 2025, a Designer achieved:
- Personal Volume: 800
- Level 1 Volume: 200
- Combined Total: 1,000
To qualify, in 2026, the Designer must:
- Remit at least 700PV, and
- Grow their combined volume to at least $1,200 (20% growth)
Assume the Designer finished 2026 with:
- Personal Volume: 900
- Level 1 Volume: 300
- Combined Total: 1,200
Their incremental growth is 200, and they have achieved their Next Level goal. They will earn a $40 cash bonus (20% of 200).
If they grow to 1,500 in combined PV & Level 1 volume instead, their bonus increases to $100 (20% of 500). There is no cap on earnings.
What happens if one of my Level 1 Designers becomes inactive or exits during the earning period?
Any Level 1 Volume generated while that Designer was active will continue to count toward your qualification.
Do I need both Personal Volume and Level 1 Volume to qualify?
No. There is no requirement to generate volume in both categories.
Your growth may come from:
- Personal Volume only,
- Level 1 Volume only, or
- Any combination of the two.
Do I need to achieve 20% growth every month during the program?
No. Next Level is an annual incentive, meaning you have the entire earning period to reach your growth goal. You can achieve it in 1 month, over 3 months, or rush for the deadline. As long as you have met your minimum qualification requirements by December 31, 2026, you qualify.
What if I reach 700PV but don't achieve 20% growth?
Designers must satisfy both requirements:
- Achieve at least 700PV, and
- Achieve at least 20% combined growth over their 2025 baseline.
There is no partial bonus for meeting only one requirement.
How will I know how close I am to reaching my Next Level?
Designer Office will include a dedicated Next Level Dashboard showing:
- Your minimum 700PV progress
- Your personalized growth goal
- Your combined Personal Volume + Level 1 Volume progress
- Progress beyond your qualification goal
- Your potential bonus earnings as your business grows
What happens when I reach my Next Level goal?
Congratulations! Once you've satisfied the qualification requirements, you'll earn a cash bonus equal to 20% of your incremental growth, paid out with commissions in January 2027.
And you don't have to stop there. Every additional dollar of qualifying growth increases your bonus and there is no cap on what you can earn!
