What is Chalk Outlet?
Chalk Outlet is an online shopping destination offering retired Chalk Couture Transfers and surfaces at discounts of up to 70% off original retail prices. It provides an additional opportunity for the company to sell retired inventory, making room for new products and allowing Chalk Couture to reinvest resources into the business.
Why did Chalk Couture create Chalk Outlet?
Like many retail businesses, Chalk Couture periodically evaluates its inventory and identifies opportunities to sell discontinued products. Chalk Outlet allows us to convert older inventory into working capital that can support ongoing business operations, future product development, and growth initiatives.
The products currently offered through Chalk Outlet were produced in 2025 or earlier and have previously been made available through sales and other promotional opportunities within our traditional sales model.
Is Chalk Outlet part of chalkcouture.com or the Designer Office?
No. Chalk Outlet operates as a separate website, independent of chalkcouture.com and the Designer Office. Purchases made through Chalk Outlet are not connected to Designer accounts, Perks Memberships, or the Chalk Couture Compensation Plan.
Who can shop Chalk Outlet?
Chalk Outlet is open to shoppers in the United States and Canada. A customer does not need to be a Chalk Couture Designer or Perks Member to make a purchase.
Do existing Chalk Couture customers need to create a new account?
Yes. Because Chalk Outlet operates on a separate website, all shoppers, including existing Chalk Couture customers and Designers, will need to create a new account and login credentials to shop.
Can Designers purchase products from Chalk Outlet?
Yes! Designers are welcome to shop Chalk Outlet and take advantage of the available products and pricing.
Can Designers resell products purchased from Chalk Outlet?
Yes. Products purchased through Chalk Outlet may be resold. Designers must continue to follow all applicable Chalk Couture Designer Policies and Procedures when reselling these products.
Do Designers earn commissions or Personal Volume (PV) on Chalk Outlet purchases?
No. Chalk Outlet operates outside the traditional Designer sales and compensation structure. Purchases made through Chalk Outlet do not generate Personal Volume (PV), commissions, bonuses, or other compensation plan benefits for any Designer.
Do Chalk Outlet purchases count toward Designer title qualifications, incentives, or promotions?
No. Because Chalk Outlet purchases are not affiliated with the traditional business, items do not generate PV and do not contribute toward Designer title qualifications, incentives, or other programs based on sales volume.
Do Designer discounts or Perks Member benefits apply?
No. Chalk Outlet pricing is available to all shoppers, regardless of Designer or Perks Member status.
Additional Designer discounts, Perks Member pricing, and other membership benefits do not apply to Chalk Outlet purchases.
Can Design Dollars be used on Chalk Outlet purchases?
No. Design Dollars cannot be redeemed on Chalk Outlet purchases.
Can Chalk Outlet purchases be combined with orders from chalkcouture.com or the Designer Office?
No. Chalk Outlet operates independently from chalkcouture.com and the Designer Office. Orders must be placed separately and cannot be combined for checkout or shipping.
What are the shipping rates?
Orders have a flat-rate shipping cost of $8.99. Any order with a subtotal of $200+ will receive free shipping.
Who fulfills Chalk Outlet orders?
All Chalk Outlet orders are fulfilled by our team at Chalk Central.
Who handles Customer Service for Chalk Outlet?
Chalk Central Designer Services provides customer service support for Chalk Outlet purchases.
Are Chalk Outlet products different from those sold on chalkcouture.com?
Chalk Outlet features retired Transfers and select surfaces that are no longer part of our current product assortment. The products currently available through Chalk Outlet were produced in 2025 or earlier and have previously been offered through traditional sales channels, including clearance sales and other promotional opportunities.
Can Designers promote Chalk Outlet to their customers or on social media?
Yes. Designers are welcome to share and promote Chalk Outlet through their own marketing channels, including social media and customer communications. However, purchases made through Chalk Outlet do not generate PV or commissions, regardless of whether a Designer referred the customer to the website.
Will the products available through Chalk Outlet change?
Yes! Chalk Outlet inventory will change regularly as retired products sell through and additional inventory becomes available.
Product selection and quantities may vary, and availability is not guaranteed.
Will sold-out products be restocked?
No. Chalk Outlet is designed to sell through available retired inventory only.
